1. Project Deposits
All deposits made towards a website development project with Ahmed Services are non-refundable. The deposit serves as a commitment to begin the project and covers initial project planning, resource allocation, and early-stage work.

2. Cancellation and Refunds
If a client chooses to cancel the project before completion:

• Before Development Starts: If the project is canceled before any development work has begun, the client may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative fees or expenses incurred by Ahmed Services.
• During Development: If the project is canceled after development has started, no refunds will be issued for the work completed up to that point. Clients will be charged for any outstanding work delivered as per the agreed-upon milestones.

3. Incomplete Projects Due to Client
In cases where a client fails to provide the required information, feedback, or resources necessary to complete the project, Ahmed Services reserves the right to cancel the project without a refund after multiple attempts to secure client collaboration.

4. Refunds Due to Service Failure
Ahmed Services guarantees the delivery of services as outlined in the project proposal or contract. If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services, a refund may be issued based on the scope of undelivered work. Any completed milestones or services are non-refundable.

5. Post-Launch Refunds
Once the website is launched and handed over to the client, all payments are considered final. No refunds will be issued after project completion, including in cases of dissatisfaction with the final product if it aligns with the agreed specifications.

6. Additional Services
Refunds for any additional services, such as website maintenance, SEO, or digital marketing, are subject to the terms and conditions of those specific services. Once work begins on these services, they are non-refundable.

7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement over the quality of work or services provided, Ahmed Services will work with the client to reach a mutually beneficial resolution. However, refunds will only be issued in cases where clear contractual obligations have not been met by Ahmed Services.

8. Governing Law
